Paul Bertolini General Superintendent and Safety Director

In his role as General Superintendent and Safety Director, Paul supervises and manages all HVAC field labor, is responsible for HVAC quality control, and oversees and directs our North Bergen Fabrication Facility.

Paul is also responsible for all rigging-related projects and operations, and works closely with the Engineering and Drafting departments on design and installation.

Additionally, Paul oversees the Safety Department and programs, works with the Risk Management Department on technical trade assistance while aiding with field personnel compliance and incident/accident management.

Expertise

With over 30 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, Paul is a seasoned veteran. He is a certified OSHA 30 instructor, and a certified welder, brazier, and welding inspector. An honorably discharged Navy veteran, Paul is highly respected and is also a member of the following organizations:

• Local 638, since 1984
• National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau
• American Welding Society 

The Personal Side

Paul is married with three children and three grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and training his Labrador hunting dogs. He is also a NRA Life Member.
